TRAVEL RETAIL AREA SALES MANAGER

The Travel Retail Area Sales Manager role at AMOUAGE is an instrumental cornerstone to achieve the house's commercial vision of building extraordinary experiences in the Travel Retail channel. The primary mandate for the role is to maximize our business potential, market share and profitability. This will be achieved through nurturing long-term relationships with retailers, optimizing the sales team performance and enhancing the brand equity and overall visibility to drive growth.

This role will be based out of our Dubai office in Dubai Design District.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage region's sales and expenditures budget
• Create and execute annual joint business plans to drive growth
• Delivering sales, profitability and market share targets
• Building successful partnerships with retailers
• Ensure strong brand visibility
• Managing day to day retailer sales and activities
• Gathering and analyzing sell-out data to optimize sales potential
• Identify and seize growth opportunities
• Manage the sales team to reach their targets and ensure they deliver superior consumer experience
• The role entails travel to Europe

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration
• 2 to 3 years of Travel Retail sales management experience in prestige perfume or cosmetics
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Europe experience is a plus
