Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Trichologist at a hair center, located in Dubai. As a Trichologist, you will be responsible for providing hair and scalp consultations, analyzing and diagnosing hair and scalp issues, and recommending appropriate treatments and solutions. You will also perform hair and scalp treatments, such as scalp massages, laser therapy, and hair loss prevention treatments. Additionally, you will educate clients on hair care and maintenance practices to promote healthy hair and scalp and keep up-to-date with industry trends and research.

You will also recruit and manage a team of scalp therapists to implement treatments as part of an establishwd protocol and with products that are available and proven.

Qualifications

• A certified Trichologist or equivalent qualification
• In-depth knowledge of hair and scalp anatomy, hair growth cycles, and common hair and scalp conditions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to accurately diagnose hair and scalp issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively consult and educate clients
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team of salon professionals
• Proven ability to manage a team
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
• Certification or degree in Trichology or a related field
• Experience in the beauty or wellness industry is a plus
• Fluent English and Arabic is an advantage
