We are seeking experienced Corporate Secretary contractors to support our clients entities in UAE. You will provide professional corporate secretarial services, managing documentation, compliance, and corporate governance matters for entities primarily based in UAE free zones.

Key Services Required:

  • Handle preparation and review of corporate documents, including articles of association, share transfer forms, PoAs, options, resolutions, and minutes
  • Oversee and document decision-making processes to maintain proper corporate governance standards
  • Record and maintain minutes for corporate body meetings in compliance with legal requirements
  • Process and manage changes to corporate documents in accordance with UAE laws and regulations
  • Coordinate and facilitate board and committee meetings, including preparation of agendas and required documentation
  • Manage communications and filings with free zones and commercial registries
  • Maintain comprehensive corporate records and filing systems
  • Serve as a key point of contact for corporate governance matters
  • Monitor and advise on corporate law and regulatory changes affecting client entities
  • Support client business initiatives while ensuring legal and regulatory compliance
  • Handle client information with strict confidentiality and professional discretion

Requirements


  • Legal background with bachelor's degree in law or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in UAE corporate secretarial services
  • Proven track record managing corporate formalities in UAE free zones
  • Experience working with multiple client entities simultaneously
  • Strong knowledge of UAE corporate governance requirements
  • Fluent in English
