Job Overview:
The Marketing Executive is responsible for recommending and implementing marketing strategies to achieve the Group Marketing goals for assigned products and services for one or more areas, product lines, or market segments.
Key duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for marketing strategy deployment, marketing analysis, managing principal brands and their expectations, planning, and managing end to end campaigns/marketing events.
- Involved in coordinating with agencies, performing site inspections and internal coordination within various verticals.
- Support sales and advertising programs including proposal generation.
- Perform market research projects.
- Develop sales collateral and support with the creation of a wide variety of online and offline materials to support the sales team including brochures, presentations, case studies and pitch decks.
- Manage a variety of end-to-end marketing campaigns to drive awareness and leads.
- Write long form blogs that are optimized for SEO and the target keywords.
- Use the CMS to update the website with content, ensuring it is optimised for SEO and track its performance in Google Analytics.
- Post and repurpose content across our social channels.
- Create and send out our monthly newsletter.
- Segment data for campaigns.
- Consolidate data and track the marketing spend.
- Develop marketing strategies for various brands under the portfolio supported by marketing analysis.
- Track brand performances on periodic basis & manage weekly, monthly, quarterly & annual reports.
- Keep clear communication channels with principal brands and manage expectations in line with value addition.
- Planning, arranging, and implementing marketing strategies for various events.
- Manage Creative Agencies and guide their promotional efforts.
- End to end coordination of events and their activities.
- Continuous review, analysis & upgradation of SEM, SEO, social media campaigns & promotions of the various brands on hand.
- Manage and ensure that the proper company branding is presented throughout all channels of communication.
- Drafting official communication for events, online platforms, and guest invitation letters
- Coordinate and handle affiliate agencies.
- Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.
- Conducting market research to recognise trends and seek novel marketing approaches.
Work Experience:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Valid Driving License and requires travel around the UAE.
Educational Qualification:
Relevant bachelor's degree in related field.
