Responsibilities:

Play a key role in driving the organization's Agile transformation journey.

Work closely with leadership to define and implement Agile strategies, frameworks, and best practices.

Lead the Agile mindset to help create a culture of Agile thinking, collaboration, and self-organization.

• Participate in continuous improvement reviews through Sprint retrospectives. Identify and lead opportunities to improve current methods, practices and processes
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address Agile adoption challenges, ensuring smooth transition and acceptance.

Supporting alignment between business, IT, and product management to ensure a clear understanding of vision and goals

• Working with the Product Owners to increase ownership and maturity levels as well as backlog grooming/maintenance & dependency management
• Utilizes tools and reports, such as JIRA ScumDesk, etc., to collect, develop and analyze Agile data and metrics.
• Ensures that the team has a clear and common understanding of the work that needs to be done, and that the work items reflect this understanding

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years applicable related experience managing scrum teams
• 5 Years working in Information Technology

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field

• Experience as a Scrum Master within a software development environment
• Well versed in a variety of Agile approaches (SAFe, Scrum/LeSS, Kanban)

Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified or Professional Scrum Trainer (CST, PST), Certified SAFe Practitioner (SCP)
