We are actively seeking a talented and dynamic individual to join our team as an UAE Operations Manager . This role is perfect for professionals with a passion for planning, creativity, and connecting with the local community.

As an Operations Manager for Nusr-Et in the UAE, you will oversee the daily operations of multiple restaurant locations, ensuring they meet the brand's high standards of quality, service, and efficiency. You will lead operational teams, optimize workflows, and foster a culture of excellence.

What Do We Look For

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years in restaurant operations management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in managing multiple locations, preferably in the fine-dining or luxury segment.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in financial management, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws and hospitality regulations.

What Will You Work On

Operational Excellence

• Oversee day-to-day operations across all assigned restaurant locations of Dubai and Abu Dhabi, ensuring alignment with Nusr-Et's brand standards.
• Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.

Business Development

• Identify growth opportunities to increase revenue through new services, events, and partnerships.
• Analyze market trends the UAE to recommend innovative strategies for business growth.

Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and develop restaurant managers and their teams to achieve operational and financial goals.
• Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, employee engagement, and retention.

Guest Experience

• Monitor guest feedback and ensure continuous improvement in service delivery.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure consistency in food quality and menu execution.
