We are looking for a UI & UX Designer who excels in user experience research and design, with a solid understanding of front-end development. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating their ability to create visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive web and mobile interfaces.
User Research and Analysis:- Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations through various methods such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
Analyze user feedback and activity, and iterate to enhance the user experience.UX Design:
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Design and prototype intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
UI Design:
- Develop high-fidelity UI designs and interactive prototypes using tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
Ensure the visual consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
Translate UI/UX designs into responsive front-end code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.- Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end code with server-side technology.
Collaboration and Communication:- Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals.
Present and defend design decisions and incorporate feedback from stakeholders and team members.
Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing user research, UX design, UI design, and front-end development skills.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong front-end development skills, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design.
Experience with user research methods and usability testing.- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics and usability.
