Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct user research and analyze user feedback to understand user needs and behaviors.
Create user personas, user journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across all products and platforms.
Perform usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve design solutions.
Work closely with developers to ensure the implementation of designs aligns with the intended user experience.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role.
Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design work for web and mobile applications.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, and Axure.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Experience with user research methods and usability testing.
Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a user-focused mindset.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
