We are seeking a highly skilled UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating intuitive, user-centric designs that elevate our products and services. As a UX/UI Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the overall user experience strategy and leading a team of talented designers.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process, from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring high-quality, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces across web and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and deliver exceptional design solutions.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions and iterate on designs based on user insights and data analysis.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and interaction flows.
- Establish and maintain design guidelines, patterns, and best practices to ensure consistency and coherence across all digital touch points.
- Mentor and coach junior designers, providing guidance, feedback, and fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools, and continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve our design processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a proven track record of delivering successful design solutions for web and mobile applications.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience leading design projects and managing a team of designer(s).
