UI/UX Designer

On behalf of our client, a fin-tech firm based in Dubai, we are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer who will be responsible for creating and improving the

visual and interactive aspects of the digital products, such as websites, mobile applications, and software interfaces. The qualified candidate will be capable of confidently applying their UI/UX Design skills to shape digital environments for the largest possible user base. This individual will also demonstrate a significant degree of drive, creativity, and understanding of our brand with a positive proactive attitude.

Objective of this role:

Outline and coordinate UI/UX projects;

Research and develop target personas;

Develop high-quality user interfaces tailored to key audiences;

Collaborate with other department to maximize efficiency;

Support open communication and cross-pollination with partner organizations.

Requirements:

Conduct usability tests to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of the user interface;

Ideate on new and unique UI/UX concepts;

Identify business and technical requirements;

Perform market research, including user interviews and competitor analysis;

Create design wireframes and prototypes;

Design and present UI/UX demonstrations to stakeholders;

Hand off designs to developers for implementation.

Skills/Qualifications:

Undergraduate Degree in Design, Computer Science, Engineering, or other related fields.

3-5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer preferrable within a software and application development industry

A Portfolio that demonstrates understanding of varying scrips, concept sketches, wireframes, prototypes, case studies, usability testing insights, or interactive design concepts.
