The Role
As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a crucial
role in shaping the user experience across our digital products. You will
collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management,
engineering, and marketing, to create intuitive and engaging interfaces that
meet user needs and business goals. Your insights into user behavior and your
design expertise will directly influence our product strategy and help drive
innovation.
- Assist in the UX and visual redesign of products across web,
iOS, and Android platforms.
- Advocate for user experience within the team and contribute to
shaping design decisions.
- Conduct research to gather insights into customer behavior and
identify unmet needs.
- Collaborate with Product Management to support product strategy
and contribute to the roadmap.
- Design user interfaces that are clean, intuitive, and
innovative.
- Participate in all visual design stages, from concept
development to final hand-off to engineering.
- Generate creative ideas to simplify complex design challenges
and enhance user-friendliness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Graphic Design, or a
related field is preferred.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in UI/UX design.
- Practical experience creating user experiences for mobile apps
and websites.
- Familiarity with wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process
flows, and site maps.
- Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision,
Adobe XD, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Understanding of Google Material Design and Apple Human
Interface Guidelines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability
to collaborate effectively in a dynamic team environment.
- An online portfolio showcasing a range of design artifacts and
user-centric approaches.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
