Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary UI/UX Art Director to lead and inspire our design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user interface and user experience design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to create visually stunning and user-centric digital products. As a UI/UX Art Director, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to bring our brand to life across various digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creative direction and execution of UI/UX design projects, including websites, mobile apps, and other digital interfaces.
- Develop and maintain the visual style and design system to ensure consistency across all digital channels.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create compelling and effective user experiences.
- Manage and mentor a team of UI/UX designers, providing guidance and feedback to help them grow and succeed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to keep our digital presence innovative and cutting-edge.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve user experiences.
- Present and articulate design concepts and ideas to stakeholders, clients, and team members.
- Ensure all designs meet usability, accessibility, and performance standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Art Director or in a similar senior design role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX design projects and user-centered designs.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping software such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, InVision, or similar tools.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and user-centered design principles.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with front-end development and coding (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
