We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join our team as an UK Program Coordinator. The UK Program Coordinator will be responsible for conducting Internal Verification and overseeing Level 7 classes for SML and other specialization assignment guidance sessions. Additionally, the UK Program Coordinator will play a key role in creating assessment reports, performing internal verification for Level 7 assessments, and collaborating with stakeholders for External Verification (EV) processes.
Conduct Internal Verification for Level 3, 4, and 5 Business Management courses and Level 7 classes for SML and other specializations.
Generate Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) reports based on verification findings, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Create assessment reports and perform internal verification for Level 7 students.
Document all materials for External Verification, including formative assessment reports, assignment works, final assessment reports, teaching practice sessions documentation, and summary records of learners.
Coordinate and guide learners who haven't finished their assignments, ensuring they receive support until their final documentation for EV.
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders regarding external verification processes (EV), including attending Standardization Meetings and addressing any further requirements requested by awarding body.
Masters degree in business management or a related field.
Previous experience in conducting Internal Verification for UK qualifications and Level 7 classes.
Strong understanding of UK Programs guidelines and standards.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
