- Bachelor's degree in Urban & Regional Planning, Architecture, or a related field
- Certification or registration as a Professional Urban & Regional Planner (e.g., AICP, CIP, RTPI) is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in urban and regional planning
- Experience with large-scale urban developments and community projects
- Familiarity with planning software and tools for analysis and presentation
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
