Urgent Hiring for Washerman -Laundry
Job Location: Doha
Working Days: 6 days a week, 1 day off
Salary Range: Salary Plus allowance + overtime + Accommodation and transportation will be provided.
Duty: 8 HRS duty
Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the same field.
Must have Valid Qatar id copy, with NOC
Must be able to speak fluent in Hindi and English
- Duties and Responsibilities:
Operate dry cleaning and washing machines according to established procedures.
Ensure proper handling of garments and textiles to prevent damage.
Select appropriate cleaning agents and techniques based on fabric type and customer instructions.
Perform ironing and pressing tasks to ensure garments are wrinkle-free and presentable.
Maintain quality standards for pressed items, paying attention to detail and finishing.
Sort laundry items based on type, color, and cleaning requirements.
Pack cleaned and pressed items neatly for delivery or customer pick-up.
Ensure accurate labeling and organization of packed items.
Inspect garments for stains, damage, or any special treatment requirements.
Follow quality control protocols to maintain high service standards.
Perform routine maintenance on laundry equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Adhere to safety protocols and use protective gear as required.
Keep the work area clean and organized.
Occasionally interact with customers to clarify special instructions or resolve issues.
Provide excellent customer service to maintain client satisfaction.
