Job Objective :

1.The user activation specialist's responsibilities include analyzing client data,

contacting potential customers, focusing on customer needs to close sales, and

documenting customer information, purchases, and reactions.

2.A successful user activation specialist has good analytics skills in addition to excellent

communication skills and sales abilities.

3.You should be meticulous in keeping

records, and able to handle all aspects of making a sale.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1.Analyze user data in terms of activity and loss rate.

2.Take appropriate actions based on the results of data analysis.

3.Developing good and long-term relationships with users and gaining their trust.

4.Gathering user suggestions and opinions and converting them into reliable data to

improve the platform.

5.Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service

using scripts.

6.Answer questions about products or the company.

7.Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.

8.Monitoring customer retention rate.

9.Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.

10.Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.

11.Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
