Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and gather insights to identify user needs and preferences
- Create user journey maps and personas to inform the design process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user requirements and translate them into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
- Iterate and refine designs based on user feedback and usability testing
- Design and implement intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces for our digital platforms
- Ensure consistency in design and user experience across different digital touchpoints
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design and incorporate them into our design processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- Proven experience in UX design, preferably in a digital product or service environment
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering insights
- Knowledge of information architecture and interaction design principles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for creating exceptional user experiences and solving complex design problems
