About the Role:
We're looking for a UAE National, talented, and passionate UX Designer. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating intuitive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces for all our customers.
What You'll Do:
- Transform complex tasks into simple and easy-to-use experiences through interaction design.
- Drive and optimize the user experience of digital products by collaborating with internal stakeholders (product teams).
- Craft clear information architecture for engaging user experiences.
- Develop and maintain the user interface style guide for digital channels, ensuring consistency across the bank.
- Design pixel-perfect visuals for web and mobile applications.
- Create motion designs to enhance user experience and product storytelling.
- Deliver UI specifications and assets, overseeing the handoff process from design to development.
- Champion best practices in UX and visual design throughout the organization.
- Develop rapid prototypes (low and high fidelity) to test concepts with stakeholders and users.
- Conduct user research to understand user needs and validate new ideas.
- Organize user testing sessions to gather feedback on new concepts.
Qualifications:
- Degree in digital design, interaction design, or visual communications (or equivalent experience).
- Arabic is a must.
- 4+ years of experience as a UX Designer working on a world-class product, online service, or at a leading digital agency.
- Proficiency in modern design tools (Sketch, Figma, InVision, Principle, Adobe Suite, Framer X, etc.) on Mac.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and Javascript is a plus.
