Position Overview:
The User Growth Director will spearhead efforts to expand AI user base and increase user engagement through targeted acquisition strategies and effective growth channel management. This role demands a visionary leader with deep expertise in scaling user bases in consumer-centric environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically drive user acquisition and expansion of the user base through tailored growth initiatives and channel optimization.
- Develop and manage comprehensive growth channels, both online and offline, to maximize reach and impact.
- Collaborate closely with the operations team to align growth strategies with operational capabilities and enhancements.
- Utilize analytics to gain insights into user behavior and preferences, informing decisions that boost acquisition and retention.
- Implement and oversee rigorous testing regimes to refine and optimize growth tactics continually.
- Lead the development of campaigns that effectively convey AI value proposition, driving user engagement and adoption.
- Manage and mentor the growth team, setting ambitious yet achievable goals to ensure consistent performance improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is advantageous.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in user growth, digital marketing of internet business, or a similar role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing metrics and analytics tools.
- Proven success in user acquisition, retention, and engagement in a tech or AI-driven company.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
