Responsibilities:
- Develop User Growth Strategies: Independently create and implement strategies to acquire new users, enhance user retention, and reactivate dormant users.
- Project Planning and Execution: Break down semi-annual and monthly targets, plan project schedules effectively, and drive the execution of user operation projects.
- Data Analysis and Monitoring: Demonstrate strong data sensitivity by monitoring and analyzing key operational metrics such as traffic, GMV, orders, conversions, and repeat purchases across different cities.
- User and Category Operations: Show a keen interest in user and category operations, identify popular product opportunities and user scenarios based on user needs, and build user scenarios through multi-dimensional scenario-based marketing to drive user growth.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher, with over 3 years of experience in internet platform operations. Experience in user stratification, category strategy, or fresh food platforms is highly valued.
- Data Analysis Skills: Proficient in Excel for data processing and analysis. Familiarity with SQL is a plus.
- Attention to Detail and Collaboration: Strong attention to detail, excellent collaboration skills, and high execution ability. Must possess strong cross-departmental communication and project management skills.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with retail industry operations and commonly used marketing models is preferred.
