Position Overview
As a User Researcher at Altibbi, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth research to understand user needs, behaviors, and preferences. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and engineers to translate insights into actionable recommendations that drive product development and enhancement. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the healthcare experiences of millions of users across the region.
Key Responsibilities
User Research Planning and Execution: Design and execute user research studies using a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods, such as interviews, surveys, usability testing, and analytics analysis. Develop research plans, protocols, and discussion guides to guide data collection and analysis. Recruit participants and coordinate research sessions to gather insights from diverse user groups. Insights Generation: Analyze research findings to uncover user needs, pain points, and behavior patterns. Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights and recommendations. Create personas, journey maps, and other user-centered artifacts to communicate research findings effectively. Collaboration and Communication: - Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to integrate user research insights into product design and development processes.
- Present research findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
- Advocate for the user throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring that user needs and priorities are prioritized.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging methodologies in user research.
- Identify opportunities to improve research processes and methodologies to enhance the quality and impact of insights generated.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in user research or a related role, preferably in a digital product or healthcare environment.
- Proven experience planning, executing, and analyzing user research studies using a variety of methods.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate research findings and recommendations to diverse audiences.
- Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams and influencing product decisions based on user insights.
- Proficiency in research tools and software (e.g., UserZoom, Qualtrics, Optimal Workshop) is a plus.
- Fluency in Arabic and English languages.
