Utilities Engineer

We are looking for a thorough Utilities Engineer with a background experience in FMCG Industry to undertake the responsibility to preserve the good condition and functionality of the premises. You will perform maintenance tasks of a great variety such as Mechanical, Electrical installations... etc.

Requirements:

Must have ample knowledge, experience, and skills for Mechanical Systems (Gear Box, Bearing, Shafts, Cams, Belts, Chains, Pumps, Valves, Springs, Clutch, Breaks, Rollers, Motors); Pneumatic System (Compressor, Air Dryer, Air Valves, Air Regulators, Filters and Solenoid Valves, Pistons); Hydraulic System (Valves, Regulators, Filters, Solenoid Valves, Pistons, Pumps) Electrical System (Wiring, Contactors, Heaters, Motors, Sensors, Potentiometers, Relays, Thermometers, Pressure Transmitters, Controllers, Indicators, Thermocouples, Timers & Counters) Power System, (Transformers, Circuit Breakers, ATS, Contactors, Generators) Automation System ( Programming PLCs, Inverters, Machines Screens).

Activities:

• Monitor and ensure the good running condition of all the utility equipment, thus, meeting the required outputs.
• Receive and monitor the LPG supply.
• Initiate and lead the maintenance activities for the LPG, hot water, steam, chilled water, compressed air, HVAC, and fire fighting system.
• Ensure that the preventive maintenance activities (52-week plan) are carried out efficiently.
• Initiate continual improvement and defect elimination activities.

Qualifications

• Electrical Knowledge - Industrial Electrician - Mechanic.
• HVAC Troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Know Steam piping and understand the basic components of a steam system.
• Know how to rebuild different pumps (ex PD, Centrifugal, and Screw pumps).
• Know basic troubleshooting Hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Know how to operate and maintain different types of conveyors.
• Know how to grease bearings and add oil to gearboxes correctly.
• Have basic mechanics tools.
• Ability to read basic wiring diagrams.
• Ability to read basic blueprints / mechanical drawings.
• Good communication skills.
• Good attitude/team worker.
• Have advanced mechanic tools.
• Understand Boiler systems on how to control and operate them.
• Understand Air compressors and how to control and operate them.
• Outstanding comprehension on MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and plumbing) works.

Required Educational Level and Certificates:

Bachelor'sdegree in Mechanics, Electrics, Production, or Automation Civil.

Required Experience:

Minimum: 5+ years of experience in related field..

Preferred: 3 years in Food manufacturing as an Engineer..
