UX/UI Designer in our office in Amman

Responsibilities

Design and Prototyping:

• Assist in creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new features and improvements to existing products.
• Collaborate with senior designers to ensure designs align with user needs and business goals.
• Apply feedback from usability testing and stakeholder reviews to refine designs.

User Research:

• Participate in user research activities, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
• Analyze research findings to inform design decisions and improve user experiences.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and constraints.
• Communicate design ideas and concepts clearly through sketches, diagrams, and presentations.

Visual Design:

• Create visually appealing user interfaces that adhere to brand guidelines and enhance the overall user experience.
• Ensure consistency and quality in visual design across all digital products.

Iteration and Improvement:

• Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong portfolio showcasing your design work and process.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
• Basic understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to take direction and work effectively in a team environment.
• A passion for creating exceptional user experiences.

Experience Requirements

• Experience with user research and usability testing.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development principles.
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
