We are seeking a talented individual who can combine the investigative capabilities of a UX Researcher with the creative skills of a Product Designer. This unique role involves understanding our users needs and translating them into intuitive and impactful digital banking experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to gather insights about user behaviors and needs
- Analyze data to uncover patterns and insights, making recommendations based on findings
- Translate research insights into wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes
- Design intuitive interfaces and interactions for our digital banking platform
- Work closely with product managers, developers, agencies, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on design vision and user needs
- Build and maintain a design system, guidelines or framework
- Constantly iterate on designs based on feedback and data, ensuring the best possible user experience
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and methodologies in digital banking and fintech
Requirements
Qualifications
- Proven experience in both UX research and product/UI design
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and research tools (e.g., Lookback, UserTesting)
- Knowledge of digital banking trends and best practices is a plus
- Portfolio showcasing previous work
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
