Bachelor's degree in graphic design, human-computer interaction, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., Certified Usability Analyst) is preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a focus on design principles, user research methodologies, and team leadership.
Develop and implement UX/UI design strategies, managing a team of designers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that the company's digital products and services are user-friendly, visually appealing, and meet business goals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including product managers, developers, and marketers, as well as external stakeholders, including customers and partners.
Develop and implement metrics and reporting mechanisms to track the performance and ROI of the UX/UI design operations.
Ensure that all UX/UI design projects are completed on time and within budget, and that all deliverables are of the highest quality.
Provide leadership and guidance to junior designers, promoting a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
