• Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles and will be responsible for designing and improving the user experience across our digital products. This role requires a creative thinker with a passion for crafting intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.

• Key Responsibilities:

• User Research & Analysis:

Conduct user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing, to understand user needs and pain points.

• Analyze user feedback and data to inform design decisions.

Wireframing & Prototyping:

• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps to effectively communicate design ideas.

Develop interactive prototypes to demonstrate the functionality and flow of the user interface.

UI Design: Design and refine user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs align with business goals and technical constraints.

Maintain and expand the companys design system and style guides.

Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to implement and refine UI designs.

• Present design concepts and user flows to stakeholders and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay up to date with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies.

Iterate designs based on user feedback and data to enhance user satisfaction and engagement.

• Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in graphic design, Interaction Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.

• Strong understanding of UX principles, UI design, and user-centered design processes.

Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools like InVision, Axure, or similar.

• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and JavaScript is a plus.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality user experiences.
