UX / UI Designer

The Digital Transformation team is looking for a UX / UI Designer to execute user-friendly and innovative solutions for the product designs. The work aims to enhance products efficiency and increase customer satisfaction. You will join an agile, dynamic, and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build, and roll out products that deliver the group's vision and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements and concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, while preserving intuitive user experience as a guiding principle
• Contribute to digital product creation by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping, and user-testing experiences and interfaces
• Develop wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces
• Identify design problems, gather feedback, and devise elegant solutions
• Produce strategic design and user experience recommendations related to core and new functions and features
• Adopt a user-centric approach and rapidly test and iterate developed designs
• Collaborate with other functions and stakeholders, including product, development, and QA teams
• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in Figma and / or Adobe XD is a must.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
