We are seeking a talented UX/UI & Graphic Designer to join our team. Youll be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user experiences across our digital platforms, as well as producing impactful visual content for various marketing channels. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design websites, mobile apps, advertising creatives, and print materials that align with our brand identity and meet user needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Design user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications, focusing on usability and visual appeal.
Conduct user research, develop personas, and create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to guide design decisions.
Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
Create and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across all digital platforms.
Design marketing and advertising creatives, including digital ads, social media visuals, banners, and other promotional materials.
Produce print materials, such as brochures, flyers, and outdoor advertising, maintaining brand consistency across all media.
Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies, applying best practices to enhance user experience and visual impact.
Test and iterate on designs based on user feedback and data analytics.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
Work closely with the marketing team to align visual content with campaign goals and brand messaging.
Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer and Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing web, mobile, and graphic design projects.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
Experience with prototyping tools and user testing methods.
Strong visual design skills, with attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Ability to create visually compelling designs for both digital and print media.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate with team members.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
