As a Head and Neck Surgeon at SearchPlus HR, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating various conditions and diseases affecting the head and neck region. With your expertise and precision, you will perform complex surgical procedures and manage patient care throughout the treatment process.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients medical history, symptoms, and conduct thorough physical examinations
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as CT scans, MRI scans, and biopsies
- Diagnose and treat diseases and conditions affecting the head and neck region, such as tumors, infections, and trauma
- Perform surgical procedures such as tumor resections, reconstructive surgeries, and lymph node dissections
- Utilize advanced surgical techniques, technologies, and instruments to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive and individualized treatment plans
- Provide post-operative care and monitor patients progress
- Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment options, and post-operative care
- Stay updated on the latest research, advancements, and best practices in the field of head and neck surgery
- Adhere to professional and ethical standards in patient care
Requirements
- Medical degree and a valid license to practice as a Head and Neck Surgeon
- Completed residency training in Head and Neck Surgery
- Specialization or fellowship training in Head and Neck Surgery
- Proven experience in performing surgical procedures on the head and neck region
- Expertise in advanced surgical techniques, technologies, and instruments specific to head and neck surgery
- Strong knowledge of diseases and conditions affecting the head and neck region
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare team members
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
