ROLE AND BACKGROUND:

Director Valuation & technology

The Director Valuation & Technology will play a critical role in providing expert analysis and valuation services for a wide range of clients and prospects. Your extensive knowledge and expertise in valuation (and technology) will be instrumental in onboarding new clients and maintaining current client relationships.

Location: Riyadh, Saudi (or UAE)

Role & Responsibilities:

• In partnership with the Head of the Middle East, identify and cultivate new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances to expand our presence in the Saudi and in the entire region
• Provide Valuation capabilities excellence to the group and manage Proof of Concept (POC), pilots, implementation, and customer success relations with our clients
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, product, and functional, to develop and expand the product depending on the needs of the market
• Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and objectives, tailoring valuation approaches accordingly
• Maintain ME client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the valuation process
• Analyze market trends, competition, and customer feedback to continuously refine sales strategies and offerings
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior valuation professionals as needed
• Travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and support the sales team

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in valuation with Big Four firms or global Valuation providers, with a proven track record of handling complex valuation projects as well as use and leveraging of technological solutions in Valuation and Finance
• Strong client relationship management and business development skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and influence decision-makers
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when necessary
• Arabic and English speaking
