Valuation Manager

One of the leading banks in the UAE is actively recruiting a Valuation Manager to be based in Abu Dhabi.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Provide expert advice on valuation matters.
• Draft, review, and sign valuation reports.
• Provide Financial Feasibility Studies as required.
• Manage new business opportunities.
• Conduct training sessions for staff and clients.
• Lead and develop the team providing guidance and support.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of property records.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• University Degree. Real Estate Valuation is preferred.
• MRICS certification is a must.
• Minimum 4 years of experience working in a similar role.
• Proven track record of managing valuation projects and leading a team.
• Applicants should be available for face-to-face interviews in the location mentioned above.
