Job Summary
The job holder will be responsible for defining and executing VUZ VAS product strategy.
He/she will be working closely with cross-functional teams to develop, launch, and manage VAS offerings that add significant value to the app customer base and contribute to the business growth.
Responsibilities
VAS Product Strategy:
Develop and execute a comprehensive VAS product strategy aligned with company goals and industry trends.
Identify and prioritize VAS opportunities and enhancements based on market research and customer feedback.
Define clear product roadmaps, goals, and KPIs.
Product Development:
Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle for VAS offerings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure successful product launches.
Conduct feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and risk assessments for new VAS initiatives.
Customer-Centric Approach:
Gather customer insights through research, surveys, and feedback to inform VAS product enhancements.
Define and communicate the value proposition of VAS products to different customer segments.
Monitor customer satisfaction and respond to customer inquiries and concerns.
Competitive Analysis:
Stay informed about industry trends and competitive offerings in the VAS space.
Conduct competitive analyses to identify opportunities and threats.
Position our VAS products effectively in the market.
Marketing and Promotion:
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement marketing plans that drive VAS product awareness and adoption.
Develop marketing collateral, sales tools, and campaigns to support VAS product launches.
Participate in product-related marketing events and presentations.
Performance Monitoring:
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and adoption of VAS products.
Analyze data and customer feedback to make data-driven decisions and iterate on product improvements.
Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or any related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience in product management, specifically with VAS products in the telecommunication or related industries.
Strong understanding of VAS technologies, market dynamics, and customer needs.
