Responsibilities:
- Generate and validate startup ideas in education and career development.
- Assemble and lead startup teams.
- Provide strategic guidance and mentorship.
- Utilize shared resources to support startup development.
- Facilitate funding, networking, and industry expertise access.
- Implement accelerated development plans for scaling.
- Oversee equity and exit strategies for startups.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of early-stage startups, entrepreneurship, and startup ecosystems.
- Proven experience in building or working with startups.
- Understanding of startup concepts and risks.
- Ability to commit time and resources to new ventures.
- Excellent leadership and mentorship skills.
- Strong networking abilities.
