Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the MEIA (Middle East, Europe, India and Americas) region, aligning with the overall company objectives and brand standards.
  • Lead and manage a team of regional professionals across various commercial functions, including sales, marketing, communications and public relations, media, creative, and analytics.
  • Drive profitable revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on source market opportunities, implementing effective segment specific strategies.
  • Oversee the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans to enhance brand awareness and drive both customer acquisition and retention.
  • Collaborate with the global teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging, marketing campaigns, and customer experience across all channels.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Ensure effective utilization of data analytics and technology tools to drive data-driven decision-making and optimize business performance.
  • Provide leadership and guidance in crisis management, reputation management, and public relations activities to protect and enhance the company's brand image.
  • Present regular reports to the Regional Head of Operations and MEIA leadership team highlighting key performance indicators, market trends, and revenue projections.

Position Qualifications

  • Industry experience: A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Commercial Leadership : Proven experience in commercial strategy, sales, and marketing within the hospitality sector.
  • Strategic Planning: Ability to develop and implement long-term strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Sales and Marketing Expertise: Deep understanding of sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and revenue management techniques.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage large teams effectively.
