Job Purpose
- Develop integrated marketing & communications strategy including 360 marketing campaigns, advertising, promotions, and public relations to support the marketing objectives and maximize the positive exposure in local markets
- Enhance Aldar brand awareness, drive online brand dominance, brand reputation both offline and online, website traffic and acquiring qualified and quality leads/customers
Roles And Responsibilities
- Develop marketing and communications strategy by studying real estate purchase indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition
- Develop a framework for Aldar Development 360 campaign launches
- Improve and maintain relations with customers via integrated launch campaigns and AO content including offline and social media/digital formats
- Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Ensure marketing effectiveness by identifying short- and long-term challenges in the market that need to be addressed and recommend options and approaches to counteract them
- Provide short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data
- Manage implementation of corporate communications guidelines in development marketing
- Obtain market share by developing marketing plans and programs for each product and directing promotional support
- Analyze current and future market trends and report to relevant stakeholders
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing
- Maintains research database by identifying and assembling marketing information
- Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions
- Oversee brand identity, design, and 360 communication advertising campaigns in line with sales calendar and campaign launches
- Manage performance reporting of all marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels
Qualifications And Experience
RELATED YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
Min of 10+ years of relevant experience in marketing communications and integrated marketing obtained in large global corporate marketing organization or well known integrated agency
YOE IN MANAGERIAL POSITION
Min of 2+ years of managerial experience
