Lead the development and execution of innovative, data-driven media strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and business growth. Leverage cutting-edge technologies and industry relationships to maximize ROI, while fostering cross-functional collaboration and mentoring high-performing teams. Serve as a key liaison between development marketing and corporate communications to amplify PR efforts and elevate Aldar's brand impact in a rapidly evolving media landscape.
Roles And Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute innovative data-driven media strategies aligned with Aldar's business objectives
- Oversee the planning and execution of 15+ international campaigns annually
Integrated Campaign Delivery:
- Spearhead integrated paid, owned, and earned media strategies, including influencer marketing, while serving as the key liaison between development marketing and corporate communications to amplify PR efforts and maximize brand impact
- Develop and oversee a comprehensive launch calendar ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.
- Lead influencer marketing and PR strategies to enhance brand visibility, managing relationships with key influencers and PR agencies to drive earned media opportunities and transform Aldar's media presence.
Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead and mentor campaign managers and cross-functional teams to develop integrated campaigns
- Set performance benchmarks and goals for media teams
- working across departments to create integrated campaigns.
Agency Collaboration:
- Manage relationships with media, influencer, and PR agencies
- Ensure alignment of agency efforts with Aldar's brand and objectives
International Strategy:
- Develop international media strategies for Aldar's Properties companies in Abu Dhabi, UK, and Egypt
- Adapt strategies to local markets while maintaining brand consistency
Performance Optimization:
- Analyze campaign performance across paid, owned, and earned media channels against KPIs
- Implement data-driven optimizations to maximize ROI
- Lead post-campaign analysis and optimization by conducting thorough performance reviews, analyzing key metrics, transforming data into actionable insights, implementing learnings, developing robust measurement frameworks, and sharing recommendations with stakeholders to enhance future marketing effectiveness across all channels

- Stay ahead of media trends and emerging technologies
