Vice President of Investment

Our client, a boutique Private Equity firm, is sector and geographically agnostic, with the majority of their deals occurring outside the UAE. They are seeking a VP to play a key role in evaluating, structuring, and managing these global investments.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the firm's investment strategy across various sectors

- Lead the full investment process, including due diligence and deal execution

- Manage and monitor the performance of the investment portfolio

- Mentor and lead the investment team, fostering a culture of excellence

- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and represent the firm at industry events

Requirements:

- Minimum 8 years of buy-side experience in private equity, with a strong track record in deal evaluation, structuring, and execution or experience from a Big4, Bulge Bracket or Boutique Advisory firm

- Bachelor's in finance, economics or relevant fields. CFA is advantageous

- Proficiency in financial modeling, due diligence, and investment analysis

- Demonstrated success in negotiating transactions and closing deals

- Currently based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate
