Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company's vision and goals, with a primary focus on fintech and marketplace solutions.
- Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify key trends and opportunities in fintech and marketplace products.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.
- User Experience: Champion user-centered design principles, leading initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success and guide future enhancements.
- Roadmap Development: Build and maintain a detailed product roadmap that aligns with market demands, user feedback, and business priorities.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure products comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements, particularly within the fintech sector.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on fintech and marketplace products.
- Demonstrated success in launching and scaling products that drive significant business growth.
- Strong analytical abilities and experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of marketplace dynamics and fintech regulations.
- Fluency in Arabic (required).
Preferred Skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for technology and innovation.
- Master's degree in a relevant field and/or certifications such as Product Management (POPM).
- Solid knowledge of Agile software development practices.
