The Vice President (VP) will be responsible for overseeing all operating functions of the organization, ensuring efficient management of residential units, commercial offices, facilities, and services. The VP will execute strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth, optimize expenses, enhance tenant relations, and uphold the organization's reputation in the market.
Job Responsibilities:
- Chiefly managing the operating functions of the premises of the organization, including Residential Units of different types, Facilities and Services, and other components of the property such as the Commercial offices for different Seder Group divisions, TCN Staff accommodation for the group, STP and WTP Plants, etc.
- Executively managing the divisions business revenue, expenses, other income, cost control and expense reduction, profit, leases, residents and community, performance, marketing trends and opportunities, products and services, and reputation in the market and competition
- Market, screen, filter and find potential clients for rental and leasing
- Follow the proper management and customer service as per best practices and industry standards
- Involved in all functions that directly impact the compound occupancy
- Involved in the administrative and financial aspects of the day-to-day operation of the property including tenant relations, maintenance and repair, security, janitorial services, landscaping, accounting, preparation of the annual budget, reporting and financial performance of the property
- Promote the compound to potential clients and manage leasing contracts
- Provide excellent tenant service and assist in the tenant occupancy management
- Handle complaints, settle disputes, and resolve grievances and conflicts in a timely and courteous manner
- Always ensure 24-hour emergency coverage for the property, and in absence, provide in charge responsibilities to other admin subordinates
- Generate compound Rules and Regulations documents and ensure compliance of tenants and operating departments
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate general maintenance, major repairs, and remodeling for the compound
- Assist with the Preventive Maintenance Plans and Scheduling
- Assist with the direct collection of monthly/quarterly/semi-annual/annual rental fees and security deposits, and payment of utilities, services, and other recurrent operating expenses
- Inspect the grounds, facilities, and equipment routinely to determine the necessity for repairs, maintenance, or develops
- Manage and oversee the operations, maintenance, administration, and improvement of the compound
- Ensure profitable operations of the compound
- Achieve financial goals set by the company
- Investigate and apply cost-reduction opportunities
- Promote products, services, or programs
- Maintain client, contacts, and other database for the company
- Manage compound Employees
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree required; master's degree or MBA preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years in a leadership role, preferably within the property management or related industry.
