Job Description
- Capture high-quality photographs and videos for various events, products, or promotional materials, ensuring lighting, composition, and subject matter meet client or project specifications
- Edit and process images and footage using software such as Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro, including color correction, retouching, and adding effects to meet creative goals
- Manage and maintain all photography and videography equipment, ensuring gear is in working order and up to date, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio equipment
- Plan and execute shoots, including scouting locations, setting up lighting and equipment, and coordinating with subjects or models to achieve desired outcomes
- Collaborate with clients or creative teams to understand project goals, develop concepts, and create storyboards or shot lists to guide production
- Archive digital files and manage a database of images and footage, ensuring easy access and organization for future use
- Provide input on creative direction and participate in brainstorming sessions for upcoming projects, contributing innovative ideas for visual storytelling
- Conduct photography and videography using drones, adhering to legal and safety regulations, to capture unique perspectives and enhance visual content
Requirements
Job Requirements
- Proven professional shooting experience
- Eye-catching portfolio
- Proficient with traditional and modern equipment
- Solid knowledge of Photoshop, Capture One or other photography specific software
- Shooting, lighting and printing skills
- Competency in applying photographic best practices and techniques
- Knowledge of production process for online publishing and various printing applications
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Photography degree or similar
