Job Description:As the Graphic Designer/Videographer for our company FirstPoint Services and Nomi, you will be instrumental in creating compelling visual content to support our marketing efforts and enhance brand visibility across various platforms. Your role will involve conceptualizing and producing graphic designs and videos that effectively communicate our message and engage our audience, with a primary focus on lead generation and maintaining brand consistency across all channels
- Videographer Responsibilities:
Creating dynamic multimedia content for various marketing campaigns, animation, video editing across multiple digital platforms resulting in increase in company revenue structure.- Develop creative concepts and design layouts for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and advertisements.
Conceptualize, plan, and storyboard video projects according to client or project requirements.
- Develop innovative video concepts and design layouts, leveraging storyboard techniques to align with specific project requirements.
Regularly produce short-form and long-form videos that are creative, well-researched, and designed to maximize engagement.- Operate video cameras, lighting equipment, and audio devices to capture high-quality footage.
Edit and assemble raw footage into a finished product using video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
- Integrate visual effects, graphics, and animations into videos to enhance storytelling and visual appeal, while supporting marketing objectives.
Collaborate with clients or creative teams to understand project goals and deliver content that meets their expectations.- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to continuously improve video production skills.
Manage video project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Ensure that final video products are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Graphic Design Responsibilities:
- Produce high-quality videos for promotional campaigns, property showcases, client testimonials, and other marketing initiatives.
Create visual concepts and design layouts for various projects, including but not limited to logos, brochures, posters, websites, and social media graphics.
- Use graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign and Canva to execute design ideas.
Collaborate with the marketing team and clients to understand design requirements and objectives.- Develop visual identities and branding materials that effectively represent companies brands guidelines
Select colors, fonts, imagery, and other design elements to communicate messages effectively.
- Prepare final designs for print or digital publication, ensuring they meet technical specifications and quality standards.
Iterate on design concepts based on feedback from management and team members.- Stay updated on design trends, techniques, and software to maintain a high level of proficiency and creativity.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Website & Digital Platforms _
- Assist in the design and maintenance of company websites, ensuring a visually appealing layout, user-friendly navigation, and alignment with branding guidelines
Collaborate with web developers or vendors to implement design changes and enhancements as needed to improve website performance and functionality.- Manage and update digital platforms, including social media channels, website content, and email marketing campaigns, to ensure a consistent brand presence and engaging user experience.
Create and optimize visual assets for online platforms, including website banners, social media posts, and email newsletters, to drive traffic and conversions.

Lead Generation and Brand Consistency:_
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas and strategies for visual content that align with company objectives and target audience preferences.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop lead generation strategies and campaigns that leverage visual content to attract and convert prospects into clients.- Strictly monitor brand guidelines and ensure all staff using contents in line with each company's brand guidelines. assist staff in production of contents they use.
Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all marketing materials and platforms to enhance brand recognition and credibility.
- Continuously monitor trends and strategies employed by industry leaders to stay ahead in content creation. Regularly produce content that reflects industry best practices and innovations.
Ensure all contents produced are in accordance with RERA (QR codes), government regulations and developers guidelines. Must read and understand each developer's brand guidelines. such as Emaar and others, communicate with their relevant team members through email and keep written record of their confirmation
_Analytics and Reporting:
_- Create and maintain detailed reports on marketing performance with the team.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance, making data driven optimisations to improve lead generation with the team.
- With the rema utilise social media analytics tools to measure the success of campaigns and overall social media performance
Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data to inform future strategy adjustments.- Organise your time and update Asana with daily tasks.
Send an End of day report (EOD) to your Line manager on completed tasks with any notes required to streamline the workflow process.
- You will provide insights to your line manager to ad the weekly marketing report on progress of campaigns.
* You will produce information to contribute to monthly marketing report on all progress and activities
