Role: Hybrid (On days you are not out shooting you will be expected to work from our office in Business Bay)

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled Videographer to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in creating captivating visual content for our clients. The primary focus will be on producing high-quality social media content, including reels and images, in collaboration with our social media/creative team led by our Head of Social Media.

Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality social media content, including reels and images, that aligns with client objectives and brand guidelines.
• Competently handle both videography and photography, ensuring consistent quality across all content.
• Produce promotional and brand videos, with a primary emphasis on social media content.
• Collaborate with the social media/creative team, led by the Head of Social Media, to generate new creative ideas and enhance content quality.
• Familiarize yourself with clients current social content, brand guidelines, preferences, and briefs before each shoot.
• Communicate post-shoot with the team to relay any deviations from the brief, client input, or other relevant information.
• Maintain punctuality and organisation, preparing assets for the editing team in an organised manner and ensuring timely delivery.
• Manage shoots on-site, liaising with clients to prepare the flow of the shoot as per the brief, directing models, and setting the scene for high-quality output.
• Build rapport and relationships with clients on-site, ensuring a positive experience throughout the shoot.
• Work 2 weekend days and 3-6 evenings per month, with flexibility to accommodate last-minute alterations and client requests.
• Edit raw footage into polished videos that align with client specifications and maintain high-quality standards.
• Juggle multiple video projects concurrently, delivering them punctually and within allocated budgets.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in video production.
• Provide creative input and take a leading role in developing innovative video concepts.
• Assist with the maintenance of video equipment and oversee inventory management.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in industries such as hospitality, hotels, food and beverages, bars, and architecture.
• Experience working with premium brands is required.
• Ability to manage shoots on-site, direct models, and set scenes for high-quality output.
• Proficiency in both videography and photography, ensuring consistent quality across all content.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required, understanding the nature of creative content production. The total hours will not exceed 8 hours per working day over the course of a given month, but you will be required to work a minimum of 2 weekend days and 4 weekday days per month based on requirements.

Important information about the role

The role will be demanding so we are looking for someone who is passionate, hard-working and embraces the challenge of the role to gain vast industry experience across multiple high-end projects and clients.

You will be required to shoot up to 30 hours per week, so please be prepared to do so.

The working hours will not exceed 40 hours per week across the course of a month, but you will be required to be flexible with working hours. We try our best to arrange shoots during normal working hours but we will always have multiple shoots in evenings and weekends across a given month.

You will be required to direct the shoots on-site to ensure the brief is executed and lead a meeting after the shoot with the editing and social team to give them a debrief of the shoot and any information gathered by the client.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: 12,000 - 14,000 AED p/m (Based on experience)

Visa Provided: Yes (if required, the visa process will commence after a 2-month probation period)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Working Hours: Flexible Hours (Working hours will be flexible based on the timing of shoots. You will be required to work evenings and weekends when necessary. The total hours will not exceed an accumulation of 8 hours per working day over the course of a month.)
