Le Volontariat International en Entreprise est un programme unique au monde sponsoris par le Ministre franais de lconomie, des Finances et du Travail et qui permet Airbus d'offrir de jeunes professionnels la possibilit d'acqurir une exprience rmunre et valorisante ltranger, dans un mtier technique ou commercial.
Le programme VIE est un contrat spcifique, en vertu des critres dligibilit de Business France.
Principaux critres d'exigibilit du VIE :
. tre citoyen(ne) de l'Union Europenne (plus Norvge, Islande et Liechtenstein), et candidat(e) diplm(e) g(e) de 28 ans maximum.
. Avoir accompli les obligations militaires de son pays.

Un poste sous contrat VIEResponsable de la Sensibilisation la Scurit et de la Gestion de Crise (H/F)est pourvoir au sein dAirbus Africa & Middle East. Duba.
Au sein de l'Afrique et du Moyen-Orient FZE (AME) Duba, et en troite collaboration avec lquipe de Culture et Promotion de la Scurit d'Airbus Corporate Security, lquipe de scurit vise crer une culture de scurit pour les employs d'Airbus afin de les engager dans la protection de notre entreprise contre les attaques physiques et cyber.
De plus, en troite collaboration avec le Dpartement de Gestion de Crise de l'Airbus Corporate Security, lquipe de scurit AME vise soutenir et coordonner le dploiement de la stratgie de Gestion de Crise (GC) dans la rgion, y compris le dploiement de l'organisation de la GC et la mise en uvre du cadre de GC.
Missions Principales
. Pour la Culture et la Promotion de la Scurit : Engager les employs dans la scurit en soutenant le dploiement du Plan de Sensibilisation la Scurit Corporate annuel dans la rgion Afrique-Moyen-Orient, en proposant et en mettant en uvre des plans de sensibilisation locaux adapts aux besoins de manire globale et innovante.
. Pour la Gestion de Crise : Jouer un rle essentiel dans l'amlioration de la prparation d'Airbus en matire de crise, en facilitant la coordination interfonctionnelle et en garantissant une rponse efficace en cas de crise dans la rgion Afrique - Moyen-Orient.
Il/Elle met profit son expertise et travaille en troite collaboration avec diverses quipes pour protger les intrts, les oprations et les parties prenantes d'Airbus lors dvnements
perturbateurs.
Vos challenges:
Culture et Promotion de la Scurit :
. Coordonner et animer des projets et/ou campagnes de sensibilisation avec les parties prenantes pertinentes et le dpartement Communication d'Airbus AME.
. Contribuer prparer et dployer des Programmes de Sensibilisation la Scurit pour des fonctions ou groupes d'employs spcifiques.
. Animer des sessions de sensibilisation la scurit, physiquement ou numriquement.
. Aligner et coordonner les activits de sensibilisation avec les parties prenantes internes (quipe Communication, responsables des installations, etc.).
. Participer la cration de contenu sur des sujets de scurit pour sensibiliser les employ de manire rgulire, originale et positive.
. Relire tout le matriel de sensibilisation la scurit (prsentations, infographies, articles, discours, etc.).
. Promouvoir des sujets de scurit et relayer les actualits et publications de l'entreprise sur les plateformes/chanes de communication locales.
. Soutenir le dploiement des campagnes de simulations de phishing pour la rgion Afrique - Moyen-Orient (AME) et les communications connexes.
. Assister lquipe de scurit locale au quotidien sur des sujets de sensibilisation.
Prparation la Gestion de Crise :
. Coordonner le dploiement de la gestion de crise dans la rgion, en collaboration avec les diffrents dpartements, et soutenir les filiales dans leur mise en uvre, en liaison troite avec les VM, DCMOs et CMOs locaux.
. Assurer une mise en uvre efficace des mthodes de gestion de crise dans la rgion, identifier les lacunes et amliorer les capacits et la prparation en matire de rponse la crise.
. Dvelopper et maintenir la documentation et les outils de gestion de crise pour la rgion AME, en accord avec les politiques et directives de l'entreprise.
. laborer un plan de formation en gestion de crise et un plan d'exercices pour garantir la prparation du personnel, et s'assurer de leur bonne ralisation. Animer des sances de mise jour ou des ateliers pour maintenir cette prparation.
. S'assurer que le RCMT est capable, prpar et continuellement dot de ressources adquates pour rpondre aux crises en conformit avec les politiques de l'entreprise.
Rponse la Gestion de Crise :
. tablir et participer au Centre de Gestion de Crise de la rgion en tant que responsable de la logistique.
. Soutenir toute activation de cellule de crise dans la rgion.
. Coordonner l'activation de plusieurs cellules de crise.
Communication et Reporting :
. Soutenir les CMOs en tant que point de contact et liaison pour les questions de gestion de crise dans la rgion AME.
. Fournir une vue consolide sur les activits de GC au niveau rgional, et maintenir les flux de reporting et d'information vers les niveaux suprieurs, principalement vers le responsable de la rgion, les divisions et lquipe de gestion de crise de l'entreprise.
. Veiller ce qu'un reprsentant de toutes les entits juridiques et de toutes les divisions soit impliqu dans les dcisions de GC pouvant avoir un impact sur la rgion dans son ensemble, et que des dcisions claires soient prises par ceux qui sont responsables.
Anticipation des Crises et Retours d'Exprience :
. Contribuer toute valuation des risques lis l'anticipation des crises.
. Soutenir les CMOs dans l'activit de retour d'exprience aprs une dsactivation de crise.
Votre carte d'embarquement:
. Master en Sciences Politiques, Relations Internationales, Scurit et Dfense ou Gestion de Crise.
. Excellentes comptences en communication tous les niveaux de l'organisation, avec la capacit de s'adapter diffrents types de parties prenantes.
. Comprhension des aspects psychologiques de la scurit.
. Crativit et comptences en rdaction.
. Niveau dnergie lev, attitude positive.
. Esprit dquipe, style de travail collaboratif.
. Capacit d'adaptation la culture locale et aux modes de travail.
. Comptences linguistiques - anglais courant (C1) et franais un niveau oprationnel. La connaissance d'autres langues de la rgion AME est un plus.

A VIE for a Crisis and security awareness Manager (M/F)has arisen withinAirbus Africa & Middle East, in Duba.
Within the Africa and Middle East FZE (AME) in Dubai and in close alignment with the Security Culture & Promotion team within Airbus Corporate Security, the security team aims to create a security culture for Airbus employees to engage them in the protection of our Company against physical and cyber attacks.
In addition, and in close alignment with the Enterprise Crisis Management Department within Airbus Corporate Security, the AME Security team aims to support and coordinate the deployment of Crisis Management (CM) strategy in the Region, including the deployment of the CM organisation and the
implementation of the CM framework.
As part of the team, your mission will be to:
- For Security Culture & Promotion: engage employees in security by supporting the deployment of the yearly Corporate Security Awareness Plan in the Africa Middle East region, by proposing and rolling-out local awareness plans and initiatives adapted to the needs in a comprehensive and innovative way.
- For Crisis Management: play a vital role in enhancing Airbus & crisis preparedness, facilitating cross-functional coordination, and ensuring an effective crisis response within the Africa -Middle East region. He/she leverages his/her expertise and works closely with various teamsto protect Airbus interests, operations, and stakeholders during disruptive events.
Your challenges:
Security Culture & Promotion
. Coordinate and drumbeat awareness projects and/or campaigns, along with the relevant stakeholders and the Airbus AME Communications department
. Contribute to prepare and deploy Security Awareness Programmes for specific functions or groups of employees
. Conduct tailored Security awareness sessions, physically or digitally,
. Align and coordinate Awareness activities with internal stakeholders (Communication team, Facility managers, ...)
. Participate in content creation for Security topics, to raise employees awareness in a regular, original and positive way
. Proofread all Security Awareness material (presentations, infographics, articles, speeches, etc)
. Promote security topics and relay Corporate news and publications on local communication platforms/channels
. Support the deployment of phishing simulations campaignsfor Africa - Middle East (AME) region, and related communications.
. Support the local Security team daily on awareness topics.
. The position may include some business travel in the AME region.
Crisis Management Preparation
. Coordinate the deployment of crisis management in the region cross-divisionally and support affiliates in the implementation, closely liaising with VM, DCMOs, and local CMOs across the region.
. Ensure effective implementation of crisis management methods across the region, identify gaps, and improve crisis response capabilities and readiness
. Develop and maintain crisis management documentation and tools for the AME region aligned with Corporate policies and directives.
. Develop a crisis management training plan and an exercises plan to ensure personnel preparedness, and guarantee they are properly delivered. Conduct some refreshers or workshops to maintain the readiness.
. Ensure the RCMT is capable, prepared, and continuously endowed with adequate and available resources, and responses to crises in consistency with Corporate policies.
Crisis Management Response
. Establishment and participation in the Region Crisis Management cell as a log keeper.
. Support any crisis cell activation across the region.
. Coordination when several crisis cells are activated.
Communication and Reporting
. Support the CMOs in being the point of contact and liaison for crisis management matters in the AME region.
. Provide a consolidated view on CM activities at regional level, and keep the reporting and information flows to the upper level mainly to head of the region, divisions and enterprise crisis management team.
. Ensure a representative from all legal entities and from all divisions are represented in CM decisions that may impact the region as a whole, and that sound decisions are made by those accountable and responsible.
Crisis anticipation and Lessons Learned
. Contribute to any assessment of risk-to-crisis on anticipation
. Support the CMOs in performing the lessons learned activity after a crisis deactivation.

. Master's Degree in Political Science, International Relations, Security and Defense or Crisis Management.
. Strong communications skills at all levels of the organisation, with the ability to adapt to different types of stakeholders
