  • Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Attending emergency and urgent maintenance/security related calls during night and holidays.

  • Helping technicians and working on other places when required.

  • Performs other related functions the management deem necessary.
  • Secondary Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and cleaning of swimming pool and related equipment.

  • Checking, maintaining and adding of chemicals in swimming pool.

  • Cleaning of all common areas.

  • Cleaning of garden areas and maintaining trimming and planting of trees, plants and grass.

  • Cleaning and maintaining of vacant villas.

  • Roof cleaning.
  • Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (and/or Other Attributes):

  • With experience working in the UAE in the following job: Watchman

  • Reasonable facility of Language (English) and communication skills
  • Special Requirement/s (If any):

  • Open to all Nationalities
  • Reporting Structure:

  • The incumbent functionally and administratively reports to the Maintenance Manager *of the Arenco Real Estate-Long Term.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED1,300.00 per month
