VIP Relationship Manager (MENA)

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain existing and expand new partner
• Expand relationships with existing customers through continuous communication and understanding of customer needs.
• Identify growth opportunities for clients and help secure resources to realize these opportunities.
• Help customers understand Bitget's product offerings and synchronize with key updates and changes on the Bitget platform.
• Provide support to customers for an upgrades and other product configurations.
• Analyze user behavior, track status, discover hidden needs, and write key customer analysis reports for key customers.

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in account management/sales in a forex/financial/trading institution.
• Work at an exchange/broker/trading firm with product knowledge.
• Understand common trading strategies and how trading companies make profits.
• Strong customer management skills, including maintaining strong relationships, organizing customer files and motivating customer business activities.
• Strong communication skills, able to respond flexibly to various situations.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Passionate about cryptocurrency. Candidates with industry experience are preferred.
• Fluent in English
