Job Description

Receiving all visa requests either from direct clients or internally from the outgoing department.

Oversee all aspects of the visa service, ensuring the process runs smoothly.

Filling out visa applications and booking appointments and interviews with different embassies.

Responsibilities:

Successfully and accurately answering questions and providing appropriate additional information.

Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key stakeholders within the Organization.

Advise clients on visa rules and processes.

Ensure both the company and clients adhere to agreements.

Visa processing and travel documentation handling.

Direct potential leads to the sales team and follow up on progress.

Job Requirements

Graduated with Bachelor's Degree

Commitment and fast learner

Fluent in English

Representable Attitude with Smart Communication skills.
