Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Visual Merchandiser cum Marketing Coordinator at 700 Padel & Fitness Hub, Quince Restaurant , Vintage Cigar, Decoart and D&D in Dubai. Work together with Marketing Team. As a Visual Merchandising cum Marketing Coordinator your job duties are to anticipate consumer trends, plan visual displays for product placement, and create detailed retailing shelving designs for in-store teams to implement. Supervise in-store teams during the setup of visual displays.Liaise with marketing regularly. Updating indoor LED Screens & Promotional Banners (inside lockers, bathrooms). VM and display at boutique & Caf Event Coordination: Physical Dcor & Media Collateral & Giveaways. Ability and Manage to do Season Dcor Arrangement and Styling for (Reception, Bookshelves, Merchandising) during any seasons. Example: Christmas.

To help make store displays look attractive and encourage customers to purchase items.

Cross promoting D&D Package & Print Design when required. For Decoart and D&D manage to do the following: VM QR Code, Styling on Photoshop and Seasonal Activations. You also need strong communication and teamwork skills to work with retail associates on building your in-store visual displays.

Qualifications

• Experience in Styling
• Ability to create appealing window displays
• Experience in marketing coordination
• Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Creative mindset with a passion for design
• Sports, Retail & Fashion Background
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous
