Role & responsibilities- Conduct training programs to improve the spoken English and accent of customer service representatives.
Assess agents current language proficiency and develop customized training plans to address gaps.- Provide feedback and coaching sessions on pronunciation, grammar, intonation, and cultural nuances.
Design and deliver modules on phonetics, accent neutralization, and voice modulation.
- Collaborate with operations and quality teams to identify training needs and ensure training effectiveness.
Monitor and evaluate trainee performance through assessments and practical exercises.- Develop training materials, including manuals, presentations, and audiovisual aids.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in voice and accent training.
- Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communication, Linguistics, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Voice and Accent Trainer in the BPO industry.
- Prior experience as a Trainer for at least 2 years.
Proven track record in improving agents language and accent proficiency.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with 24/7 operational shifts.
Certification in TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or equivalent would be an advantage.- Familiarity with tools and techniques used in voice and accent training.
