Responsibilities
1.Manage sales and marketing in markets outside of China, including but not limited to Southeast Asia, Belt and Road countries, and Europe.
2.Focusingsales efforts on the APAC and/or EMEA regions in 2024.
3.Executingthe annual global sales strategy and planningto achieve the company's revenue target in the above key regions.
4.Building and maintaining strong customer relationships withkey customerssuch as airlines andaircraft manufacturers.
5.Monitoring competitive landscape and market trends,delivering market insights and helping shapecompany market strategies.
6.Collaborating cross-functionally on global marketing, branding, and promotions.
Qualifications
1.Over 10 years of experience successfully selling avionics, airborne equipment, cabin systems, and related products.
2.Deep familiarity with sales channels and customer requirements for global airlines and aircraft companies gained through many years of sales experiencein the global market.
3.A strong self-driven approach, pioneering spirit, and proven ability to independently develop new business and expand into new regional markets.
4.Experience working for an airline, an aircraft manufactureror major avionics/cabin system/IFE company is preferred.
5.Proficiency in English. Knowledge of the local language of the target market is an asset.
