- Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for new guests in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth service flow and a positive dining experience for all guests.
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve daily operational goals.
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding food safety, sanitation, and guest service.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a waiter in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with guests and build rapport.
- Strong customer service orientation and a genuine passion for exceeding guest expectations.
- A positive attitude, a team player mentality, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Ability to learn quickly, follow instructions, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service procedures (a plus).
